This kind of single-mode micro structure fiber realizes the cutoff free single-mode transmission characteristics on the light guide window through structural optimization. The cutoff free single mode characteristic of optical fibers enables single mode transmission in a large mode field area, ensuring the beam quality of the fundamental mode field, regardless of the fiber core size.

This fiber can be applied to high-power laser energy transmission with large mode field area and greatly reduces the occurrence of nonlinear effects.


Features


  • Cutoff free single mode: All wavelengths within the 380nm-2200nm guiding window are transmitted in single mode, with low numerical aperture. When coupled with the laser, there is no need for mode matching, maintaining fundamental mode transmission;
